Have fun and raise money for a great cause!

Each participant in  the Tour du Courage PROCURE has to raise a minimum of $750 CDN (including the 100$ CDN registration fee). Use your network to raise these funds! 1 in 7 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, be part of the fight against this disease. Here are some ideas that have been used by former participants to reach their fundraising goals:  

Mixing business with pleasure:

Organize a walk on your lunch break with colleagues. This activity is simple and allows you to spend time with your colleagues. You can establish a cost per person, and invite as many people as possible to participate or to sponsor you.

Spinning for a cause :

Invite people from your fitness club or your office to a spinning session. A great way to keep fit and to raise money for the fight against prostate cancer.

Cheers! :

Get your friends together for a wine and cheese. Ask every guest to bring a great bottle of their favorite wine and cheese to be shared. Ask for an admission charge to help the cause. The two most exceptional wines can then be put up for auction.
