The third edition and it will be quite a cycling adventure!

The third edition of the Tour du Courage is a cycling adventure, accessible to all road cyclists who want to exceed their limits. Previous participation in high-performance cycling competitions is not required; all you need is the desire to have a cycling experience with cyclist friends – experience the Tour de France in the heart of the Laurentians!

There are three steps:

Prologue – cyclist screening stage. The prologue will serve to gage cyclists for group training for the mountain trial on Saturday afternoon. This stage symbolizes the annual screening that every man should undergo in order to be screened for prostate cancer.

Mountain Stage– endurance stage in the beautiful Laurentians region. Slopes and descents that take your breath away. This stage symbolizes the ups and downs that men experience after being diagnosed with prostate cancer.

Team Time Trial Stage – speed team stage. All members of the same team must finish together. This stage symbolizes the strength of the support offered by family members and a group of friends to men afflicted with prostate cancer – the power of support in order to win the fight against prostate cancer!
